SECTION 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Buyer acknowledges that California properties may be subject to natural hazards including but not limited to wildfires (WUI exposure, ember zones, post-fire debris flow), earthquakes (ground shaking, liquefaction, landslide), and extreme heat, and that such hazards may materially affect (a) property insurability, (b) insurance premium costs, (c) mortgage qualification, and (d) long-term financial viability of ownership.
